Ridiculous situation
I bought a caravan fridge in Toowoomba. You sent the fridge from Toowoomba to Brisbane so it could be delivered to Toowoomba. Took an extra day and half which meant it arrived too late on a Friday and I had to wait four days in Toowoomba instead of two. I pointed the stupidity of this out when making the purchase but staff said unable to do anything about it.
