The online ordering process was simple and having PayPal made payment simple. The item I purchased is great fit for the purpose I bought it for. However, after 5 working days and no dispatch notification I had to contact Tentworld to enquire about my order. I was told they were out of stock and would dispatch my order when more stock arrived. No explanation was given as to why I hadn't been notified of this but an apology was given. What I was annoyed about was I had paid express shipping (extra to standard shipping) and wasn't offered a discount or small credit for the inconvenience caused. I thought Tentworld was a better run company and will make me think twice before ordering through them again. ps I tried logging into the tracking app and couldn't obtain access with the password and details I submitted...
