Ordered an air mattress as it was advertised as having a weight rating of 300 kg on the website. When the item showed up, it has a weight rating of 181 kg. When I rang to check on whether I had been sent the right item, it was explained to me that there are two different weight ratings in use. Why they don't show the same/correct weight rating on the website or at least explain that there is a difference is extremely poor and has certainly left me feeing ripped off.
