My order was delivered promptly and safely and I am happy with the products. One item looked like it had been unpacked- box crushed and wee scratch-as if it had been on display. I contacted Tentworld and they assured me that was not the case and offered to change or check the item. I decided the item would do what I wanted it to and did not take things further - there are far more important things to be worrying about. Thanks Tentworld for great products.
