the couriers chosen by Tentworld provided a dreadful service - I had paid extra to ensure the item was delivered by a certain date and was informed it would arrive that day however then received a text stating that they couldnt deliver it so I had to cancel my plans.
They then delivered it at the end of the final due day but by then it was too late.
