Terrible. I never received our chair and when I chased them up, they said I owe them for the return of the good and $50 to resend it. My wife was home all day when delivery was scheduled, but the goods were not delivered and no missed delivery card left.
Customer service is basically non-existent. When trying to resolve the issue, I received a very unhelpful reply about extra fees to get it redelivered. So this issue is still not resolved.
