bought a Coleman 6 insta Up but after 1 month the zipper to the flyscreen did not close so l ordered a new tent..after 10 days l have still not got the new one!I had to close my screen with pegs and a piece of string to avoid getting snakes,spiders,flies, mosquitoes in to the tent during the day, night.
Very hard to get out and in to the tent every time as well!l got a 20 dollar voucher after all emails and arguments!Also l was told to bring the faulty tent in when l am camping in the wilderness..
Impossible without getting a new one first..So 10 days and tentworld could have offered me express delivery for free.I was offered a free pick up of the faulty tent for investigation!
If l get my money back l don't know but this has been a bad experience...except for the voucher!
The zippers should be of metal and not cheap plastic type!Hopefully l don't have to drive 160 km to pick up the new tent!l asked for a special delivery!All out there,have a great camping experience!THE staff in Towoomba was very Helpful...to end this!
Finally l left the tent in Towoomba for inspection and they told me it was not their fault the zipper failed!I had to go back to their shop from the outback to pick it it up(10 h trip One way),so no money or a new tent!When l packed up the tent it was all wet and mouldy! Horribel!
THE other tent l bought could not handle THE sun and the fabric cracked in hard winds!
To sum it up:Wasted 500 dollars and bad service!They did not Even offer me the steelpegs for free Wirth 3 dollars!They can Keep THE voucher!
