After waiting over 2 weeks for a delivery we were told, after I chased the order, that they couldn?t supply our tent. My only option was to pay an extra $160 to upgrade. This was not what annoyed me the most, I asked them to hold stock for 2 days while I transferred some money and they would not put a hold on my order, even though they were very happy to hold into my $640 for 2 weeks with NO COMMUNICATION.
If $640 is not enough to put a hold on a product, I am absolutely baffled.
I do not feel this is very good customer service at all, I will not be doing any further business with them.
