I was trying to use the online store but they didn?t have stock of the particular item I required. There is a store 5 mins from my house but have never had a good experience with the store. Sad to say it was pretty much the same again. There was a special deal advertised on the website for a free chair with the tent. I asked about the chair at the checkout with the tent and they said that deal was over. I pointed out the fact it was still being advertised on their website. The man at the checkout still refused to give me a chair. It wasn?t until I said don?t worry about the $1200 tent I will go elsewhere was he willing to through in the free chair as advertised.
The people I spoke to at the online store were helpful. Maybe they should train the instore people some basic customer service skills
