They should be a lot more loyal and flexible to returning customers I found a girl from furntreygully store to be very rude over $70 I made on a laybuy and wanted to swap the money to another laybuy, after spending many thousands of dollars there I thought this was laughable and the best way to lose a customer and many others maybe the company has to have a look from the top and change some stupid policies to make reality!!!
