As a consumer when you see 2-4 days delivery on your phone, you expect that. If it is estimated then do not use a dash to represent estimated and ensure it is known at the check out page, not elsewhere. Delivery not on time, lost money. About to go to VCAT as their courier told me it would be their by Friday and they want to charge me $58.02 to return a $179 product.
