Our tent arrived with a manufacturing issue. Unfortunately Tentworld were unable to guarantee the issue could be corrected by the time of our trip. Luckily we were able to repair the tent ourselves.
While Tentworld were prompt in their response to our dispute I would have thought a simple replacement tent given it was a brand new tent the simple resolution would have been to give us a replacement tent given the short time frame we had. Quite a stressful experience
