Very disappointed in their customer service. Due to the government restrictions for COVID-19 I had to cancel my order as we were not allowed to travel and had to cancel my entire order as I had lost my job. Both of which were communicated to Tent World immediately who had advised me that part of the goods had just left the warehouse and due it being a change of mind they would charge me $56 Odd return shipping. To save passing on the delivery fee, of which we exchanged a few emails and phone calls, customer service could have told the driver not to deliver the package and return it to the warehouse. Failing that, Tent World could have waved the return charge fee as a once off due to the restrictions the government had imposed. Found the whole return process opportunistic.
