Very disappointed with the lack of communication. I understand we are all suffering with delays because of COVID-19 but please let us know why there has been a delay. My order was placed and paid for 4 business days ago and goods showed in stock on the website but still they have not been dispatched. The status is still showing "Pick". No email received to say there has been a delay. I see other people's reviews show Great Service and Fast Delivery, which makes me even more upset because my order has not even been put together, 2 of the same items not 20 of different items.
