I tried buying something online, I got a phone call say the message confirming my purchase was incorrect, person said they would check when available, no call back. I called my local store and asked what was happening, 1 week later, apologies and would call me back when ordered and arrived. 1 week later I called again, still item not ordered, then told better to order online. Finally order arrived via delivery.
