as you are aware I purchased porrta potti . I spoke to a sales person and was informed the fixing base came with the toilet, when toilet arrived there was no base, I wrote to tentword they informed me that you stoke the base ,so ring thetford I did they were no help I was told to contact tentworld. you were no help so I had to find a base my self cost with delivery over $100 not inpressed .
