This was actually a disappointing experience as it took too long for my order to be processed that there was no longer any stock of the main item in my order HOWEVER the order was partially filled (3 days after my order was placed) without making contact with me. The day after they shipped the partial order, I get a call to advise the last item (main item) was out of stock & no longer to be stocked. I could not cancel my order as it was partially filled and in transit and was asked if I wanted to swap it to something else. They ended up doing a refund. If, when the order was partially filled, there was no remaining stock, I should have been contacted then. I would not use the online purchasing again as the system / processes clearly do not manage the stock / orders appropriately nor in a timely fashion.
