I don't think Tentworld was at fault - but your courier took 3 weeks to deliver the gazebo saying that they have a 25kg limit and that weighs 32kg's so it sat on the floor unattended... and then dragged it down my drive and ripped the cover on delivery... in her defence - she was 5'2" and the thing is heavy as.
I then drove down to the Kawana store and swapped for a new one... other than that it was good. :)
