I ordered a front panel for the Oztent RV3. Upon ordering the system noted that the order has been processed and that the part is on its way.
I waited for over at least 3-4 weeks to only be reminded now and then that there is a problem with the supply and it will be delayed for a week. The following week I received a similar email message stating the same story.
Each time it also had that annoying sentence to say that “we know you are excited etc etc as such we will send you the other items you have ordered.”
I only ordered one and one thing only. At least get that part correct.
I acknowledge that during the COVID 19 environment, things and supply chain disruptions are inevitable however, it would have been good if tent world was upfront and state that this item won’t be available until a specific date instead of stringing the customer along for weeks.
In this case I didn’t need the item urgently but if I did, it would have been a bigger disappointment.
