The purchase was good and so is the product but the delivery was terrible. They left it outside my front gate in plain sight waiting to be stolen. No phone call as requested, and no drop off at delivery hub as requested. It was a fluke that we saw it on the footpath at all. Tentworld would have had to replace the order if someone else had picked it up. DP
