Got this response from you guys re my review (see below). In my review I did draw a comparison between you and Snowys especially in view of your slower postage. You pointed out that there have been issues with postage from QLD and I am sure you are correct on this. But in addition I feel you need to look at your own processes of dispatch. My order was made at 9.30am and yet the order was not posted until the next day. Snowy's seem to have a policy of same day dispatch on orders made early in the day. Michael Good afternoon Michael. Thanks for your feedback. We are finding that shipping from our SE QLD base to Victoria is taking a couple of extra days as opposed to shipping from an Adelaide base. The transport companies are telling us there is way more Freight heading North to South from QLD at the moment for online businesses. We are hoping they pick up their game soon. I understand that Covid isn't helping this but as a point of comparison I ordered 2 items from Snowys recently. One arrived the next day, the other within 2 days.
