Bought a 15x16 install cabin tent which is a fantastic product, but upon spending in excess of 2.2k for tent and also tarp, would have been happy to spend another 2k on various items, but the customer service of the Midland store is appalling.
Not willing to negotiate at all on prices, the staff in particular Debbie, needs to have her customer liaison skills severely rectified,,, no smile, no hello, no Thank you after purchase and when I queried if the tent had a bag, which the item description online said it had, she pulled out a oztrail book slammed it on the counter and said.. 'no bag'.. 'oztrail book mentions no bag so it's got no bag'.. I left the store thinking of how poorly the staff treat clientele, got home and tent had a bag in packaging.
Possibly with better service and better knowledge of their products, I would have happily spent another few thousand dollars on items, unfortunately the Midland store will never see another purchase from me as well as having this as a guide for future reference will never recommend them.
