Customer service at your Tweed Heads store was awful. Staff were rude and service was lacking(except for the staff member who watched me like a hawk. Apparently I must look like a criminal).
I was not offered any help in store. I had about $4000 to spend on camping gear starting with the big tarp. Have found everything else at BCF etc.
