Useless, would not recommend! 1 month and still waiting on a drink bottle, to bad if what I needed was time sensitive. Customer service is really disappointing. I purchased an item that said next day dispatch. Heard nothing for over a week. I contacted tentworld and they said they had over sold and were waiting on a new shipment & should arrive by this date. Still heard nothing 3 days after advised date, so I contacted them again to then be told it’ll be another week. Finally get shipping info and I know post is slow right now but I emailed to find out where it’s being sent from so I know a ball park of how much longer I have to wait. Tentworlds response said there are delays with shipping due to corona. Well who would have guessed that?? Not me, I’m only living in Melbourne so I’d have no bloody idea post is slow! Helpful tip, when asked a question via email maybe answer it and not wait for customers to contact you if there is an issue with something you’re selling
