The products are fine and prices good. But the customer service is letting you down. Staff are unfreindly and always seem to be trying to upsell. Also, I recently had to return a faulty lantern after just 1 month. I had to make two trips back to the store to have the lantern first sent away and assesed, and then to pick it up. I don't think that's acceptable for such a low cost item. Also, I had to call the store to get feedback. And when I did, the staff member was abrupt and unhelpfull.
Just not a good experience.
