Tentworld is great, amazing service in store, I cannot sing the praises of the in store experience enough but I will never buy from them online as they use Toll as their courier and Toll are useless. From Toowoomba to Brisbane a package taking more then a week is unacceptable (especially when AusPost/StarTrack can deliver from interstate in a day or two). I ordered two items and only one has arrived, Toll customer service were unhelpful when I rang up. If Tentworld starts using someone else other then Toll then 5 stars but Toll has soured my view of purchasing online from Tentworld.
