Went online to see if what I wanted was in stock - website showed it was. On arriving, 3 staff members behind counter talking. No assistance offered. I approached staff member who showed me where to locate item. Product not on the shelf. When checked, was told there should be 3 in stock. Staff member could not locate any where they should be. Staff not interested in searching any further. I had to order item, pay up front and now await a call when item in stock. Extremely poor customer service. Will think twice about going back to what used to be a great store
