Product was faulty and Tentworld did the absolute BARE minimum to help me. The staff said the company would not honor the warranty and basically there was nothing else they could do. $65 on a light is not cheap- and I really expected Tentworld to be of more assistance and try to help with an item I bought from their store that was of sub par quality! I felt like they had taken my money and now didn't care what happened after they had the cash.
Be wary shopping here, knowing if you get stuck with a product they are unlikely to be willing to help.
