Just awful! What can I say. I have never come across such poor service from a claims department. This has taken months to get anywhere. Firstly I get told I am covered, then I am told I am not covered, then I told "we are to send a loss adjuster". Well according to my Policy I am covered. So the loss adjuster in other words is to check if I am lying. I have never claimed before in my 25 years, absolute disgust! I was made to feel like a criminal, any consideration of being a victim was not even there. All of the time I have to chase and chase with Tesco. It has taken them months to get this far, when I started to complain they then said "we need the police report", only a month after supplying everything had they actually requested this. So I decided to get this myself, now, three weeks ago I have received my own report from the Police, I also know and have this confirmed, Tesco have this, guess what, they haven't communicated with me at all, not one bit. I find this disgusting to say the least. One to avoid.
