“They successfully recovered my funds, contact them for help”

“Awful experience. Loan declined so I appealed, they had put my income in wrong, so now passed. I signed forms and waited, no money, was then told sorry problem, then sent forms so I re sign. Still no money. After 8 weeks I now get a call to be told I need to do a third application as the computer will not transfer the money to me. Even though I was told Friday a manual payment was being made. The fella actually said it may work next time, May!!!!!! Avoid. FCA complaint now under way.”

“Tesco are very happy to offer a large button to click, where you can part with your cash to buy car insurance. They are less forthcoming when it comes to letting you change your mind, charging a whacking great fee even if you cancel within the "cooling off period" (14 days - I cancelled after 3!). Ok so it's in the small print, they are legally within their rights, but to my mind this is disingenuous - complete daylight robbery.”

“I have had to ask for bank statements to support my Universal Credit claim twice now in the last month. Phone has been answered instantly, customer service so polite and helpful and statements produced within 24 hours. "Anything else we can help you with, please give us a call".”
