Stay away if you value your credit score. My payment was reversed as something unexpected had gone out of my account on the same day. I received a text message saying the payment would be re attempted ( if it wasn’t for this i would have made the payment straight away) I made sure the money was in my account and it went out on the re attempted. I then found the missed payment was reported to the credit reference agencies. After realising , I made contact with Tesco bank to explain the situation and that I hadn’t wanted to make a double payment, as I assumed the payment was booked to be re attempted, which led me into a false sense of security. The assistant I spoke to was very rude and blunt , stating Tesco bank had done nothing wrong and that they were reporting the account as delinquent after a payment was 15 days late even though the account was now up to date (they chose the 15 day period to re attempted the payment).

Very poor customer service very poor service and if you want to use someone of their product like mobile or credit card the one I have you're gonna be stuck you ll never be able to use it it's gonna be blocked for 2-3 weeks without any reason

Awful experience. Loan declined so I appealed, they had put my income in wrong, so now passed. I signed forms and waited, no money, was then told sorry problem, then sent forms so I re sign. Still no money. After 8 weeks I now get a call to be told I need to do a third application as the computer will not transfer the money to me. Even though I was told Friday a manual payment was being made. The fella actually said it may work next time, May!!!!!! Avoid. FCA complaint now under way.

Tesco are very happy to offer a large button to click, where you can part with your cash to buy car insurance. They are less forthcoming when it comes to letting you change your mind, charging a whacking great fee even if you cancel within the "cooling off period" (14 days - I cancelled after 3!). Ok so it's in the small print, they are legally within their rights, but to my mind this is disingenuous - complete daylight robbery.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Wouldn’t waste your time or money I was paying £220 a month for insurance on my Range Rover evoque that was stolen without keys I reported this to Tesco 3 weeks ago now and still haven’t been offered a settlement figure even though the vehicle was found I’ve had phone calls from copart asking if I have the key to the vehicle the same key Tesco have already made me post back to them! No settlement figure yet my cars already in a salvage auction! Leaving me to feel as though Tesco have currently stolen my car and all the money I paid for it! I also payed extra on top of this for a like for like curtesy car at the point of reporting the claim I wasn’t even offered a curtesy car the next day I had to ring Tesco again only to find out they’d not put all the details through so I still couldn’t have a curtesy car I had to argue with Tesco and there curtesy car company for 2 days to have a curtesy car brought out twice they promised me it would be there on that same day and wasn’t and even when I finally managed to get one brought out they told me they was unable to honour the like for like I paid extra for TESCO USE A FRAUD INVESTIGATION TEAM CALLED ROBERTSON & CO THIS COMPANIES ONLINE REVIEWS SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES CHECK THE COMPANY ROBERTSON & CO OUT FOR YOURSELF FIRST! Tesco have claimed they can’t do anymore for me until the Robertson and co report comes though this company in question have strung me along for 3 weeks claiming every single day my report will be reviewed regularly being rude to me down the phone or putting the phone down! MY VEHICLE WAS BOUGHT IN CASH AS MANY ARE IVE ALREADY PROVIDED THEM A WRITTEN INVOICE THE SELLER GAVE ME! This money came from me and my partner selling my Audi A1 and his Ford focus WE NEEDED A BIGGER CAR DUE TO BEING A FEW WEEKS OFF HAVING A NEW BABY this company in question are demanding I provide them bank statements for these cash/Facebook marketplace sales clearly this is not possible when they were private cash sales THIS COMPANY ARE MAKING US FEEL AS IF THERE MAIN PURPOSE IS TO PREVENT ANY PAY OUT FOR THE THEFT OF OUR VEHICLE TESCO HAD ALREADY TRIED TO FORCE ME TO TAKE THE VEHICLE BACK THE SAME WEEK IT WAS STOLEN! SO IS THIS JUST ANOTHER WAY FOR THEM TO AVOID PAYING YOU OUT! Me and my partner both have severe mental health issues and these have massively deteriorated since this incident and claim we also have two children one of them being severely autistic my poor daughter was petrified of having that car back after knowing someone had stolen it she felt unsafe and in danger she also needs structure with her being autistic the lack of curtesy car prevented her from being able to attend school our baby was also due jabs at the doctors Tesco did not care one bit about this WE HAVE NOW BEEN FORCED AND LEFT WITH NO OTHER OPTION BUT TO ASK TO CANCEL THE CLAIM AND HAVE OUR VEHICLE BACK BECAUSE BOTH COMPANIES HAVE NO INTEREST IN DEALING WITH US APPROPRIATELY OR OFFERING US A SETTLEMENT THE AMOUNT OF PAIN WORRY AND STRESS THESE COMPANIES HAVE CAUSED ARE GENUINELY NOT WORTH IT PLEASE AVOID SAVE YOURSELF ANY HASSLE

Appalling Credit Card Service. Our card was declined for a purchase we wanted to make and then frozen, the balance was more than enough to cover the purchase. after an hour on the phone they said their fraud team would call back in 72 hours, after that time lapsed we spent another hour in their queuing system, only to be told that department was now closed. we have now closed the account. never had this hassle with cards we frequently use.

Just awful! What can I say. I have never come across such poor service from a claims department. This has taken months to get anywhere. Firstly I get told I am covered, then I am told I am not covered, then I told "we are to send a loss adjuster". Well according to my Policy I am covered. So the loss adjuster in other words is to check if I am lying. I have never claimed before in my 25 years, absolute disgust! I was made to feel like a criminal, any consideration of being a victim was not even there. All of the time I have to chase and chase with Tesco. It has taken them months to get this far, when I started to complain they then said "we need the police report", only a month after supplying everything had they actually requested this. So I decided to get this myself, now, three weeks ago I have received my own report from the Police, I also know and have this confirmed, Tesco have this, guess what, they haven't communicated with me at all, not one bit. I find this disgusting to say the least. One to avoid.

Will make you jump through hoops to keep you insured or they'll cancel you policy. Phoned them to say I can't get my sons documents as he's on holiday and the lady was so rude telling me I was lying. I told her to cancel the policy and she refused as I stuttered when she asked me how old I was going to be on my next birthday. I'll never use them again and I'll be telling everyone else to avoid them too.
