Had my Tesco bank credit card for around 9 years and I've not had an issue.
When I failed to make a few payments many many years ago, Tesco bank did the responsible thing and decreased my credit limit.
I get many offers by being a existing customer that helps manage my finances.
Customer service isn't the best, so I have avoided contacting them for around 5 years since they aren't at all very helpful. They didn't update my change of address to my credit card, but they did to my clubcard (which is linked to my credit card) very strange.
I'd suggest using online banking if you do choose Tesco bank.
