i found the customer service was of a very high standard very polite and helpful when phoning for information and tesco has very good prices for car insurance would recommend to family and friends. the car insurance documents are very simple and clear to read() written in plain english) my old car insurance documents were complicated and there was alot of paperwork to read that i did not understand i do not have that problem with tesco insurance. i will use tesco insurance again. thank you to the polite staff i have spoken to.
