One of the worst companies I have ever used, the never get back to you and just seem like they want to avoid a pay out when needed by avoiding to speak with customers/ getting back to them.
My case has taken a number of months for a simple buildings insurance claim due to a leak from the upstairs flat, which they immediately took liability for. Yet this company have pushed back deadlines continuously and now refuse to provide me any updates on my case.
