I have been online shopping for years, way before the pandemic. The staff at Sprowston Norwich click and collect are wonderful, they are chirpy, welcoming, always give 100% and great service. I very rarely receive substitutes but when I do they are almost always suitable. If they are not, it's not the end of the world.. I just pop in to see if there is something else available, because remember the staff can only pick what is available on the day. If you don't want the substitute, you just hand it back and they refund the item within 48hrs. The price for click and collect is extremely reasonable especially for me who hates spending my time doing the weekly shop! A tip for other shoppers who are less than pleased and quick to complain- try using the notes when selecting your items, you can ask for longest dates on things, specify a substitute you'd like in case of unavailability and even specify if you'd like green or yellow bananas!
