My delivery on 2nd February was fine until the Driver said that due to a change in company policy he could not transfer the goods into my property. So the contents of the containers were placed on my hall floor. The pleasant Driver offered to assist with this and apologised for any inconvenience. The following day I checked with Tesco and was told that there had been a misunderstanding and assistance remains available. I hopes so as along with most people of my age, alternative shopping arrangements would have to be made. An apology would be appreciated.

I regularly shop at Tesco Beckenham,Elmer’s End, my review concerns two helpful, smiling ladies, namely “June” who works at the store self service checkout I find her extremely helpful when items are not recognised on the system, and quite happy to help you, secondly the other young person called “Prathiksha Reddy “ who was stacking selves, I had difficulty finding a certain item she immediately stopped and came with me to find the item and with a smile.! ordered online to try and make it easier than going into the shop. Wouldn't ever use them again. Started out easy enough on the app. The next day we were ment to have our shopping delivered, the driver called to advise he was there, we were 3-4 mins away, he said he couldnt wait so we asked him to leave them in our back garden at my own risk, he cant do that, the only option we have is to go to the store to pick it up. Get to Trent vale to pick it up and they cant find it anywhere, shopping may be lost they told us. After waiting nearly 30 minutes for them to find it they came out with all items individual in the trolly and stood there while i put them all in my boot, no help no bags nothing. Complained to tesco and they gave me £3 back. Extremely poor

Tesco Finest Beef Wellington We bought two of these for our Christmas lunch . Even at club card prices we paid the best part of £60 . We followed the instructions to the letter and the result was they were burnt on the outside and literally raw on the inside ( and we like our steak rare) . As they were the centre piece of our lunch it was ruined . Do not buy you will be very disappointed.

Tesco orser 2701-8548-311 Absolutely shocking and disgusting behaviour from the delivery driver I put a note in the booking before I bought anything that I have had knee surgery on my left knee and that I'm unable to walk up and down stairs or move around and if they could please deliver to the third floor this was clearly putt the notes and when he came buzzed my flat I asked him to bring it upstairs he very rudely said no I got a bad back you need to come down and pick up your own stuff, I try to explain to him over the intercom that I got a knee injury he wouldn't listen so I was forced to go downstairs on crutches to meet him halfway, he was r halfway pulling the the trolley so where's this bad back , he started to be rude and arrogant , i showed him my bandaged knee and told him i put specifically information about my surgery he realised he made a mistake and said i did not mention what floor i am on, i told him that was rubbish and its in the delivery note , he admitted he did not read it, we had a heated exchange and i pointed out that if he had a bad back he should not ve working as delivery driver having to haul heavy items , and that he should have read the notes and declined the job, i was soooo furious that i emptied the baskets there on the second floor, i told him.i would be reporting him, and to throw dirt in my face and as a big slap to a customer he started to whistle as he was going down the stairs, so he knows none of the managers will take action,as a customer i feel that i am left hanging with no recourse to know what kind of reprimand if this driver will get , i am now in excruciating extreme pain in my knee from.having to go up.and down ,this is the first time i have used the home delivery and willnever use it again and i will share this digusting service with everyone i can

Bought a kg of chicken thighs at the Boulevard Banbridge on Sunday 30th Nov. After removing the hidden excess fat/skin five out of the seven pieces was found to have a small bone still attached. The prep of the chicken at some plant is clearly sub standard and the bone bits could easily be missed by a customer during cooking. So Tesco for that item does not make us happy in any sense.

Just come off the phone to Tesco customer service over a faulty toy for my 2 year olds birthday. They refused to exchange the item without a receipt even though it’s faulty. We spend around £600pcm at Tesco and we’re loyal customers which for some reason has made me feel worse. They’ve lost a loyal customer over a £35 toy. They refused to respond to any complaint. They told me they could not find the transaction on my clubcard history and refused to keep searching when I know of course it is 150% there. Toy should “fling” train around the track but doesn’t work and the handle barely stays on.

the Tesco Customer services from the store manager to club cards are really bad. we had a prob w,the coupon voucher it said we already use it even its in date we shaw to the staff about this sent us to called club card department so did long story short sent the voucher to whats App reply to us will call you soon? no body ring us back. so today I went to talk to the store manager explain what happened last sat. the answer nothing to do with us the prob. its only Tesco voucher? useless manager. they just good to you take your money nothing has change Tesco customer services so frustrating. there's no point sending any prove . nothing going to happened. I wrote today or email start telling what happened after the same pointless. I also nearly get scam I thought she will gave me the voucher back? but when I read it this person want my bank details so I stop another prob at the end. with my very stressful Experience I don't think will ever go back again in Tesco.

A lovely lady called Tracey delivered my shopping today , a lovely smile and very helpful when I asked if she could put my shopping In the bag I was holding .I'm disabled so I struggle.I don't ever leave feedback but I felt I had to on this occasion. Not all your drivers are so helpful and greet me with a smile!

I would like to say how cheerful and friendly your staff are at the Tesco petrol station in Southport Kew. I went there this morning Saturday 6th Sept to buy my papers as I do every Saturday. As soon as you get through the door you are met with a cheery smile and hello. You have a bit of cheery chatter while payment is taken and then because I use a walking stick she asked me if she could get the door for me. It's nice little experiences like that, that set you up for the day. Please pass my comments on to them they deserve to know they are appreciated.

On the contrary I write to say what a wonderful free gift you gave using one of your food love stories. Today I made my 1st batch of Nanas magic soup this year. My card is looking worst for wear but to be fair it has had a lot of use so I say Thank you this soup is delicious easy to make and relatively cheap. Please continue giving us your food love stories. All the best Norah Cowpe

Purchased a 302 printer ink on Monday 21st July it printed 12 sheets of paper then the ink ran out. Took this ack to the store on Saturday 26th of July to be told as I had no package or receipt I couldn’t get an exchange or a refund. This was a faulty product which should have been replaced immediately. Very bad practice on tescos part .i won’t be going back

Tesco jack up the prices and offer it cheaper but still very expensive with your clubcard. Prices going up daily and some products increase by over 30%> Club card discount is another Con. Every little helps: TESCO!!! written by Eddie the Google guide
