Our driver who I found out is named Paul always says Hello and is friendly and happy and so courteous. Every time he delivers he is early and leaves all the tracking messages so I know when he is coming and helps me unload by holding the basket which makes it easier and is a ray of sunshine especially when its dull as the weather has been lately

8.20pm and shutters down again. Despite no notice previously, false advertising, B.S as usual. If closing early, let customers know of this. 😕😕😕😕😣😣😣😣4th time happening, I'll shop elsewhere.

While shopping in Halifax I noticed you have started selling tim tams these Arnott biscuits are lovely and they do a wide range of other biscuits I hope you start selling more of these.We usually buy them in Australia when visiting they are big sellers over there.

I called into tesco at gilesgate today and the lady at the checkout called Debbie looked after me yet again another lovely lady so pleasant and friendly. I shop here and tesco in the market place in Durham frequently and everyone I feel has been hand picked for there personality thankyou .

I got better insurance cover for just £5 more than Nutshell, who were my previous car insurers. Nutshell wanted £198 more, at renewal, so I ended up going with Tesco after looking at a dozen or so competitors. With car insurance going up by several hundred pounds, probably due to EV's and all their issues, it pays to shop around more these days.

At my age now, I have the majority of my home shopping delivered. I have found Tesco to be the best provider for this service. Their delivery of goods for my home are excellent, every item is always correct and alternatives are provided to make sure all my order is provided, their deiivery service drivers are always polite and friendly and very helpful, I highly recommend this Company to all.👍

i asked a young tesco employee for assistance and he could not have been kinder and friendlier , left his job to look "out the back" for me , very nice attitude , tesco prestatyn staff are all really nice , but i must mention Ben for special praise , thank you Ben.

I had my usual home Delivery on Saturday 1st June. The delivery driver is most helpful and puts the items on the dinning table for me as I am unable to bend at present. He is always pleasant and helpful .

Ray from Tesco Super Store delivered my order today 03/05/2024 and I rate him as outstanding . I have to say all the drivers, are always polite & friendly and so helpful. Any problems, with your order, they rectify immediately. Ordered online delivery for convenience The bag of carrots with a sell by date of 4th May was rotten to the core. The root ends were mouldy. Contacted online, after talking to some robot which asked for my email address, name , home address 3 times, I was at last put to a human. I was told a refund for those carrots would be credited and a miserable £3 compensation voucher. To me, it’s pathetic to be charged delivery fee which means I still have to go to the shop and get a new bag of carrots. And because I was not expecting a bag of rotten carrots, it means my dinner had become more a nuisance than a romantic dinner. All I was compensated for this inconvenience was £3 to be used for their online delivery again. What a joke.

“Beware: Tesco is advertising gluten-free elephant attah, which is a serious health and safety issue and miss selling. As someone diagnosed with gluten intolerance, I was thrilled to see Tesco selling gluten-free products. However, after experiencing severe stomach pains, I contacted their head office, and they confirmed that they do not sell Elephant gluten-free attah, The ad is a mistake, and I’m horrified.” Te package also advertised gluten free.
