I have recently gone to Tesco in keynsham Bristol in the late afternoon and evening only to find that there is only one Til open with big queues at that one, so I was forced through the self checkout which is a absolute headache, problems after problems which is extremely stressful, i almost feel my blood pressure rising, other customers complaining around me, I am seriously thinking of just going directly to another supermarket to get my products if this doesn’t change. You definitely need more staff so that there is more opportunity for customers to move through and out of the supermarket. Kind regards Gavin

I had 2 bags of pears.on offer for 89p.in your store in churchdown today..always had superb service there in the past..but today was terrible..I got to counter she tried to charge me full price.for them .I told her they on offer so she went and checked. But she kept slamming pears on counter about 5 times..as she couldn't reduce them..didn't know how to do it..I said to her will u stop slamming my pears on count..she replied there hard anyway...so she was waiting for help so put my biscuits through..yes wrong price again ..supposed to be £1 tried to charge me £1.50...I said wrong price AGAIN..she was getting very irate..so a lady came to help her..she was getting so rude to me..a lady waiting to be served after me held pears up and said hope I dont get overcharged too..she was so rude I said forget it and I walked out as she couldnt even put my club card through..I asked to see manager on way out...she went to see her..I came home with nothing..

First time doing a big shop, approx 36 ish items from Tesco. To be fair quality and shelf life were great as was the delivery driver. My complaint is that nothing was bagged. On the online request I did clearly state to have shopping bagged as currently recovering from bad back injury and would take forever to empty crates alone. Shopping came, to be fair the driver realised I had mobility problems and raised all the crates to help, and tried his best to help by holding up the crates for me. It took forever and I became anxious that I was taking too long. The driver at no time made me feel uncomfortable and was very nice. I would have thought with most covid restrictions stopped, bagging would be back in place. Looks like it's back to Iceland who continue to bag all shopping, adding a fee for the carrier bags. I'd have thought the very least they would have paid attention to the request I made.

Tesco needs to change the delivery policy. Even we still have covid no one wears mask or keeps distances even the government measures are loosen. So tesco needs to go back in the pre covid period delivery policy and delivery to door not to the main gate. Especially the vulnerable people and give the drivers more than 4 min delivery time especially if the order is 5 full baskets, you are on your own, you live in the 5th floor and the lift is broken how can you make it? I wish but I cant teleport yet sorry.

Cold, cold, cold. Yes once again I got out of the shop as quickly as possible, far too cold. I have spoken to other shoppers and staff and they all agree. This is a cold shop. Too uncomfortable to spend much time there. Get the basics and get out. I am talking about Tesco supermarket in Telford, Shropshire.

Unable to update my orders. Customer service people are polite but unable to help with booking future orders or amending current ones. I am unable to contact the 'Chief Executive's' office due to their out of date website. One supposes that complaints are over running his office whilst he is unavailable due to other more pressing business than we customers. Maybe he needs some customer service training to get back to grass roots!

currently with Tescos for car insurance and renewal was £366 however going through comparison website the renewal came up as £100 cheaper- telephoned Tescos and they advised cannot reduce current renewal and that I would have to end current insurance and apply through comparison site!!

I’ve ordered on line 3times now, and eveytime I’ve ordered things quite a few things never arrived. They don’t let you know it’s just not arrived, surely that’s what stock taking and computerised stock levels are about? Why can’t online shopping just not update? If it’s on there you order it, you don’t keep checking everything’s in my basket. I was COVID positive so self isolating, so I was left without meat for dinners + other things not arrived (meat free oxo, Swiss cheese no suet, my friend got some same day!). That’s the last time I order on line I’m off to Sainsbury’s. Mine was click n collect so can’t rate in the boxes below!!!

They have gone really expensive but they have brilliant vegan choices... however they're veg and fruit are shocking! I have a delivery every week from tesco just twice out of a year and a half have I received decent fruit and veg... it always arrives with terrible sell by dates (mostly go out of date that same day or day after ) I've also received out of date on many occasions. Or it's either damaged , bruised or going brown . Now we have reduced Tesco shops for this reason as can no longer buy food to last a whole weeks because they deliver such bad sell by dates

I am getting fed up with the Tesco store near me it is in Stoke Gifford Bristol BS34 it is getting very expensive to buy shopping at this store and they 80% of the products in the store are brand makes and they do not sell any of the Tesco basic low price range products in the store either so even some of the Tesco products are expensive to but it is the only store in the village and as I have no one and no support and no one can drive in our house for medical reasons I have no option to shop there

During the pandemic we have used the home delivery service exclusively as we are both in our sixties and were anxious about going out shopping. In general we got most of what we ordered. However, on numerous occasions they informed us on the delivery note they were out of stock of certain items - Guinness for example - which we found odd as we said we would have any form of Guinness as a substitution. Often the substitutes bore no resemblence to what we ordered. Further, many items were very near their sell by date. However, what really made us view Tesco in a poor light was the time when we had ordered our usual essentials and additional items as it was our anniversary and my wife's birthday and they just cancelled the delivery for 7pm at 5pm, leaving us completly stranded! They said that it was due to their system being down!! Surely a company as large as this would have contingency plans in place so they do not leave people, especially vulnerable people, stranded. Moreover, when my wife wrote to Tesco she stated that they would not be worried if they lost our custom as we are but small fish to a company of this size. She was correct! They did not reply!! So, hopefully by writing this review we might make a small splash in the Tesco pond and others can add to the ripples that might rock their boat.

Escalator not working, no cleaning spray for trolleys. Vegetables not fresh all exactly on their sell buy date. Wanted to but two leeks, only available in packets of three or four. Lettuce exactly on its sell buy date. Queues for ied to take the lift back down, only one working the other full of empty trolleys. Accrington store has gone downhill!

I have just been to my local tesco at West CROMWELL ROAD LONDON SW5 9QS there were ti many people in there no social distancing people not wearing face masks and the queuing to pay is chaos to many families shopping should only allow 1 person per household and one parent families to shop not large families very dissatisfied with tesco lately

We are so disappointed with our Tesco deliveries. We moved from Ocado to Tesco and hoped that things had picked up since the last time we used them, unfortunately that is not the case. They either fail to send the items we have ordered or they send goods with very short dates. Very often the fruit and vegetables are of really poor quality, going rotten on the day of delivery. Some items are damaged because no thought is given to what should be transported together eg soft loaves with tins resulting in battered bread? My wife has to ring them after every delivery. What a shame, back to Ocado I think?

Store number is 5871 Newport Express store. I went in on Sat 14/11/20 about 2pm and one male staff member was being really disrespectful about another female staff member, he was slating herr to customers. I found this so embarrassing and not the way tesco staff should be behaving this way in front of customer and on the shop floor. I did not know which way to look and was so horrified that that I have not returned to the store because if this member of staff could do this about a colleague what is he saying about Tesco's customers. This behaviour is very disgraceful, very unprofessional not befitting a tesco staff member.
