Prices have gone up astronomically since they introduced the pay monthly club card scheme. Can only assume it’s to encourage everyone to pay the monthly fee. Not impressed and shall be shopping elsewhere going forward as I suspect a lot of other people will.

Tesco Brewery lane Bridgend. I am disappointed, no staff seem to know (or care?) that the welsh law is that facemarks are compulsory for customers, lots of people not wearing masks! And with till staff not wearing masks they are at risk! Will shop elsewhere from now on,

Poor quality produce for click and collect order. The easy peelers were practically rotten and the mango so soft and the skin so wrinkled I took them straight back to the shop. The selection available for replacement was also not the best. It makes me wonder where they've been sourcing their fruit from. I don't know who they employ to pick out this stuff, I can't help but suspect they attempt to palm off the poorer quality and older fresh produce onto those who order online for delivery or click and collect. I'll be going back to Aldi where the fruit is definitely of fresher quality. It's not worth the hassle of ordering online only to find that the fresh produce is substandard.

We have been shopping using the online Grocery Shopping delivery service for many years now and we are totally disgusted that Tesco has made no priority to existing customers (who were very small in numbers - even on Tesco's own figures) for delivery slots during this epidemic. Many of the existing customers, like ourselves, had no transport or were disabled. But have had no chance of getting a delivery slot booked. That idiot Chairman of there's sends out e-mails saying they have the Government list for the priority. But those on that list DO NOT INCLUDE people who are disabled and were probably already using the on-line service in the first place. Even my father of 92 does not qualify and does not meet the Governments list of vulnerable people. Well I can tell you when this virus is done. We will not be using the Tesco service again. And even though there's a lot of messing around setting up with another provider. That's what we will be doing in the future.

I am absolutely disgusted with my online shop, after waiting over 2.5 weeks I hardly got anything I ordered & to think I can go to my local express & pick up stuff that I never received tonight in my long awaited shop which I did, I feel this is terrible service, I won’t rush to order from you again when this pandemic is over.

WHY DO YOU NEED TO RUIN YOUR READY MADE DINNERS AND OTHER FOODS, BY ADDING FAR TOO MUCH PEPPER, GARLIC, etc. HAVE JUST COOKED YOUR SPECIALITY LANCASHIRE HOTPOT AND OUR MOUTHS ARE ON FIRE. MY HUSBAND ONLY HAD A COUPLE OF MOUTHFULS AND HAS LEFT THE REST. COMPLETELY RUINED THE MEAL - WHY CAN'T THEY BE JUST THE "REAL FLAVOURS" ANYMORE. THIS HAS HAPPENED ON NUMEROUS TYPES OF READYMEALS THAT WE HAVE PURCHASED. WE WILL NOT BE BUYING AGAIN. IT HAS PUT US OFF TRYING ANYTHING IN THE FUTURE!!!!!!!!!

I am disgusted that Tescos have done away with all bags on a so called Trial basis yet the delivery drivers tell me otherwise. No bags means that all online food deliveries are loose in heavy crates making it twice as long to unpack! Delivery drivers reluctant to help, they just stand there like lemons watching and waiting, looking fed up whilst you try and unload the crates. If you have a particular large shop and ask for help you get thrown excuses such as my delivery driver telling me he had a bad back so I replied so do I and don't talk about loose items such as fruit or veg rolling around all over the floor. This is a big mistake Tescos. The old, infirm, those with disabilities or physical problems cannot be expected to dive in to crates to unload each item at a time. Why not give us paper bags like other supermarkets and shops and don't throw environmental issues at me as yours do not add up! You used to provide paper bags for our fruit and veg! It takes too long to unload these crates, the delivery drivers are all complaining as are the customers. It's a very bad idea and I will no longer be ordering my food shop from Tescos online. You have gone down the cheap and nasty route. I actually feel sorry for the delivery drivers. Although I'm always polite, they have customers who are not and bark orders at them in order to unload these crates. You really really didn't think this through did you.

Ive just eaten a Prawn linguini from Tesco, and there was 6 tiny little prawns in it. I’ve basically ate a bowl of pasta! Really disappointed.

My grocery shopping was missing toilet rolls which I was charged for at a cost of £4 once I realised they were missing I rang customer services who informed me they would credit my account with the £4 and as a good Will gesture they would refund me the delivery charge this was 2 weeks ago and still no refund I’m fuming

Don't bother looking for hamster food for you child's much loved pet hamster over Christmas, all the Tesco stores have had to take the only small bag of hamster food they sell off the shelves to make room for all the doggie Christmas stockings and treats, but that's OK, because you can still buy food for your child's hamster at MORRISONS, at least morrisons care about ALL pets.
