I sincerely appreciate Mrs. Zamora Lisette for her dependable support. She resolved my withdrawal issue promptly and ensured the entire process was smooth and stress-free.

Not sure what Tescos are trying to do. Are they trying to lose customers. I shop in store 5332 Shrewsbury extra. They are massively understaffed. The staff are very demoralised. Especially the staff on CSD and Self serve and tills. They are wonderful staff as a rule but it is noticed that they are rushed off there feet. That the waiting time has increased. Most of the time there are only 3 on self serve which in my opinion is 1 or 2 short most of the time and definitely 2 short at busy times. There is needed to be 2 on csd at all times but alot of the time there is only 1. It appears to me that tescos is only interested in profits and no longer their staff or customers. Alot of the time the shelves are also only half filled and offers are not checked and alot are out of date. The only shinning light is the self serve staff who try to alway help. Especially Pauline, Simon and Luke they are very much assets to Tescos.

I received my whoosh delivery when I unpacked it I was absolutely shocked and disgusted to find one of my items a seeded loaf of bread had clearly been opened and sealed back up with sellotape the original seal with day on it had been stuck onto the end of the wrapping the bread looked like it had been taken out and just shoved back in. It is obvious that you knew of this and just sent it out to me a customer anyway. This is absolutely unacceptable and a clear breach of health and safety.

ordered online to try and make it easier than going into the shop. Wouldn't ever use them again. Started out easy enough on the app. The next day we were ment to have our shopping delivered, the driver called to advise he was there, we were 3-4 mins away, he said he couldnt wait so we asked him to leave them in our back garden at my own risk, he cant do that, the only option we have is to go to the store to pick it up. Get to Trent vale to pick it up and they cant find it anywhere, shopping may be lost they told us. After waiting nearly 30 minutes for them to find it they came out with all items individual in the trolly and stood there while i put them all in my boot, no help no bags nothing. Complained to tesco and they gave me £3 back. Extremely poor

Tesco orser 2701-8548-311 Absolutely shocking and disgusting behaviour from the delivery driver I put a note in the booking before I bought anything that I have had knee surgery on my left knee and that I'm unable to walk up and down stairs or move around and if they could please deliver to the third floor this was clearly putt the notes and when he came buzzed my flat I asked him to bring it upstairs he very rudely said no I got a bad back you need to come down and pick up your own stuff, I try to explain to him over the intercom that I got a knee injury he wouldn't listen so I was forced to go downstairs on crutches to meet him halfway, he was r halfway pulling the the trolley so where's this bad back , he started to be rude and arrogant , i showed him my bandaged knee and told him i put specifically information about my surgery he realised he made a mistake and said i did not mention what floor i am on, i told him that was rubbish and its in the delivery note , he admitted he did not read it, we had a heated exchange and i pointed out that if he had a bad back he should not ve working as delivery driver having to haul heavy items , and that he should have read the notes and declined the job, i was soooo furious that i emptied the baskets there on the second floor, i told him.i would be reporting him, and to throw dirt in my face and as a big slap to a customer he started to whistle as he was going down the stairs, so he knows none of the managers will take action,as a customer i feel that i am left hanging with no recourse to know what kind of reprimand if this driver will get , i am now in excruciating extreme pain in my knee from.having to go up.and down ,this is the first time i have used the home delivery and willnever use it again and i will share this digusting service with everyone i can

Just come off the phone to Tesco customer service over a faulty toy for my 2 year olds birthday. They refused to exchange the item without a receipt even though it’s faulty. We spend around £600pcm at Tesco and we’re loyal customers which for some reason has made me feel worse. They’ve lost a loyal customer over a £35 toy. They refused to respond to any complaint. They told me they could not find the transaction on my clubcard history and refused to keep searching when I know of course it is 150% there. Toy should “fling” train around the track but doesn’t work and the handle barely stays on.

the Tesco Customer services from the store manager to club cards are really bad. we had a prob w,the coupon voucher it said we already use it even its in date we shaw to the staff about this sent us to called club card department so did long story short sent the voucher to whats App reply to us will call you soon? no body ring us back. so today I went to talk to the store manager explain what happened last sat. the answer nothing to do with us the prob. its only Tesco voucher? useless manager. they just good to you take your money nothing has change Tesco customer services so frustrating. there's no point sending any prove . nothing going to happened. I wrote today or email start telling what happened after the same pointless. I also nearly get scam I thought she will gave me the voucher back? but when I read it this person want my bank details so I stop another prob at the end. with my very stressful Experience I don't think will ever go back again in Tesco.

Purchased a 302 printer ink on Monday 21st July it printed 12 sheets of paper then the ink ran out. Took this ack to the store on Saturday 26th of July to be told as I had no package or receipt I couldn’t get an exchange or a refund. This was a faulty product which should have been replaced immediately. Very bad practice on tescos part .i won’t be going back

Notified Sunday afternoon that my delivery would be half an hour late...no problem. It is now Tuesday morning & I have spent hours on phone to their helpline, every call initiated by me. I have been told repeatedly that order will be delivered but nothing. I have been forced to buy takeaways for 2 evenings as I relied upon their lies until it was too late to buy elsewhere. This company is an absolute joke & doesn't give a toss about their customers. Back to Aldi for me.

After experiencing $15,000 loss due to this online company scam, I took all the appropriate steps filing reports with my financial institution and local authorities. However, the process stalled without clear direction or results. Upon recommendation, I engaged the services of Resorus. Their approach was structured, transparent, and highly professional. They assessed my case thoroughly, kept me informed throughout the process, and executed their recovery plan efficiently. Within a few days, the funds were fully restored to my account. I would confidently recommend Resorus . com to anyone dealing with similar financial fraud, their expertise is truly commendable

Wow had to put this on as annoyed dosent come close. We pay the yearly delivery fee. And since September have had 3 delivery's now cancelled on the day. What other service would you buy that doesn't provide the service you pay for. 1 delivery being cancelled I can accept, 2 in my eyes there is a problem 3 well their not sorting the issues out as a company. Due to my cancellation today I've ended up having to take a taxi to and from the store to buy the items. Would anyone call this a service worth buying. Just unacceptable.

I lose my savings and earnings when I follow some phony investment brokers on Instagram. They refused to let me withdraw, claiming I needed to pay fees that I didn't have. I recovered my money with the assistance of "'help@reaintell @ gmail.com,'" and I'm investing with Wiki Desks since they're safe, quick, and dependable.

I want to see this organisation gone from UK retailing. It used to be a good business but that ended many years ago. Customer service and decent stores are a thing of the past. What you get now is the worst shopping experience imaginable and at stupidity high prices for the goods and service that you receive. They only get away with this because of the monopoly they hold on shopping in my region.

Nasty cretin by the name of Merlene at the big store in sw16 needs a crash course in social skills, customer service, communication and humility. She clearly doesn't like Caucasian customers, or disabled customers. Overtly hostile, aggressive, racist and disability phobic, she's a lawsuit waiting to happen. Unacceptable and disgraceful conduct, refused to engage before I could even explain the issue. It would be a shame if she walked out the store and got knocked down by a Scania Vabis.
