“My delivery on 2nd February was fine until the Driver said that due to a change in company policy he could not transfer the goods into my property. So the contents of the containers were placed on my hall floor. The pleasant Driver offered to assist with this and apologised for any inconvenience. The following day I checked with Tesco and was told that there had been a misunderstanding and assistance remains available. I hopes so as along with most people of my age, alternative shopping arrangements would have to be made. An apology would be appreciated.”

“Tesco Finest Beef Wellington We bought two of these for our Christmas lunch . Even at club card prices we paid the best part of £60 . We followed the instructions to the letter and the result was they were burnt on the outside and literally raw on the inside ( and we like our steak rare) . As they were the centre piece of our lunch it was ruined . Do not buy you will be very disappointed.”

“A lovely lady called Tracey delivered my shopping today , a lovely smile and very helpful when I asked if she could put my shopping In the bag I was holding .I'm disabled so I struggle.I don't ever leave feedback but I felt I had to on this occasion. Not all your drivers are so helpful and greet me with a smile!”

“I would like to say how cheerful and friendly your staff are at the Tesco petrol station in Southport Kew. I went there this morning Saturday 6th Sept to buy my papers as I do every Saturday. As soon as you get through the door you are met with a cheery smile and hello. You have a bit of cheery chatter while payment is taken and then because I use a walking stick she asked me if she could get the door for me. It's nice little experiences like that, that set you up for the day. Please pass my comments on to them they deserve to know they are appreciated.”

“On the contrary I write to say what a wonderful free gift you gave using one of your food love stories. Today I made my 1st batch of Nanas magic soup this year. My card is looking worst for wear but to be fair it has had a lot of use so I say Thank you this soup is delicious easy to make and relatively cheap. Please continue giving us your food love stories. All the best Norah Cowpe”

“I was achieving solid returns, often celebrating with a cookie from the office kitchen. Despite some challenging days, I felt confident enough to start making larger deposits, eager to enhance those returns. However, unexpectedly, everything vanished. “I would like to say how friendly all the staff are in Tesco on Aberyswth Road in Cardigan as regular shopper for many years I have always enjoyed shopping at this store ,Customer services is run well and never kept waiting long friendly and efficient , Says a lot for the store when you see the same staff over the years .Just sorry that there is no F&F in this store ,like they have in the Tesco in Aberyswthy sorry but this store is not in keeping with the Tesco in Cardigan ,the Customer service is totally inadequate it doesn't take long for a que to start why have 4 tills at customer service when they are never fully manned , Also the self service area is inadequate for a store this size I have never had to be in que in Cardigan Tesco self service like i have in the Tesco in Aberyswthy”

“My wife and I were shopping in your Llansamlet branch today and whilst she was looking at items I was having a look in the next aisle namely at the scotches . Having found one that suited my pocket and my preference I failed to find a bottle relating to the ticket , a little disappointed but accepting that they might all already have been sold I rejoined my wife and we continued to shop . There was a young man busily restocking the shelves and - thinking "what the hell ...." I firstly apologised for being about to give him some additional work and he replied " not at all " and we went on to discuss my dilemma . He suggested that we had another look as sometimes a bottle can be hidden behind others or simply get pushed to the back and together we had a good look but without success , undettered he said that there was another avenue to explore and asked if I minded staying put and went off on his mission . I had another quick look at other scotches and before long the young man was coming down the aisle "out of stock" he said and I replied that it was no surprise as it was a good offer , he then smiled and said " except for this one "* and pulled a boxed scotch from behind his back and it was the one that we could earlier not find . I was so grateful and asked him his name and he said "Shaun" I extended my hand and we shook hands and I said how thankful and pleasantly surprised I was at the extent of this employees' dedication and he very sincerely said " always a pleasure" and we went our separate ways - me to catch my wife up and Shaun back to his task which he had left without hesitation in order to help me with my enquiry. Not only did this chap take his duties that extra mile but he was able to do this happily AND show a sense of humour when keeping the item behind his back before delivering the surprise* . Tonight I shall raise a glass to Shaun and take this opportunity to thank him officially for his service and dedication - I hope that the company will also - thank you Shaun .”

“Our driver who I found out is named Paul always says Hello and is friendly and happy and so courteous. Every time he delivers he is early and leaves all the tracking messages so I know when he is coming and helps me unload by holding the basket which makes it easier and is a ray of sunshine especially when its dull as the weather has been lately”
