Please qoute me marketing managers online whether the fresh fish stocks are caught in the wild as although according to your advertisement on the back is crystal clear or not, whilst certifying to be the Marine Stewardship Council and, that your boneless haddock fillet are stated to be correct in the wild and NE Alantic - Barents sea. It may also be read in adjacent fishing areas? This could mean also in a fishing farm and nets deployed such from shore as a beach seine, I would regret to think this is false advertisement. Please clarify further.

This is Sarah, i am one of the most regular customer of Whippendal Road Tesco Express, who is spending around £50 quid, i am really disappointed on my last shopping in here on 7th July 2019,between 9.00pm to 9.30pm i was waiting on the que for my turn, two gentlemans serving on the checkouts, when its come to my turn one of this gentleman from checkout just move to the other checkout and served a customer who just walk through, i really get upset and annoyed. i asked him "i am the next person to serve why you didnt serve me?" he replied me "No he came already before you", but i knew this customer did not come through the que, and their talking in their own language, this is another way that annoying the customer, and then what happen is another gentleman who is serving to the customers on the other checkout called me and served me in a very good manner and apologized me, i really satisfied with his service. Please take a note of serious kind of this manners Sarah J

I would like to know when I went on your website to check if you the in store that I was after. I was a question select the nearest store to you. I typed in my post code it came up with the one in Littlehampton, yet I live in Eastbourne East Sussex around the corner from the one I would go to. Now I work in IT and I can see a simple floor in your website. But perhaps there is a good reason why website says the nearest store to me is in Littlehampton West Sussex.

I have just noticed a Tesco broccoli and Stilton soup for sale in my local direct. It comes in a thick and heavy plastic container. It's time to re-think your packaging Tesco or lose custom.

A message from Paula Lewis, you tesco direct messed around with my order . You should be ashamed treating people like nothing, having their order 5 weeks, then saying sorry we can't supply. We are not numbers we are people, real people.

Who ever has written a bad review regarding tesco direct I am with you. They let me down so bad I am livid. I am waiting a reply from the CEO they honestly shatter everything. As soon as I find out how to get this out to every one then every one will see. I paid my money, up front sited 4 nearly 5weeks for a sofa bed. I got an email saying my sofa bed would be delievered with a date..... Then in 6 hours saying that email was a mistake and tesco direct have gone out of business and I can have my money back... Yes they were giving me my money back but ha, I had waited 4/5 weeks, I have been on line tesco direct r up and running. They have no right to mess people/ families around. I for one are not happy and it seems like ther are more of us.. I am going to take mine further... News flash... Do not order from tesco direct they do not honour their side. Paula from London.

Do Tesco ever look at these reviews good or bad and do they do anything about them?? as judging by the reviews given it looks like a no... I still would like answers regarding my very poor shopping experience in the Tilbury Express Store.. while I was treated like a joke and humiliated at the same time!! (I do not appreciate wasting my time writing letters of compliant when Tesco decided to ignore it.. my recorded delivery letter was signed by GE at 8.37am on 28th January 2018. Still had no response from Tesco not even an acknowledgement Why??/

I was wondering whether the items get delivered in boxes, the item I am interested in is the 48.5 inch stormtrooper figure & it would be bought as a present for so,some who lives with me & I wouldn't want them to see it. Also curious as to why the delivery cost is £7.95 for this figure, yet the same size Darth Vader is only £3.95. Thanks

What is Tesco s doing about the 2 sister's chicken scandal brought to light 4 days ago? I went to the store on Saturday 30th and you had Willow farm chickens on display, I asked for and spoke to the person in charge of meats, who said he had heard something about it and would go and check. That was early afternoon, they were still on display and for sale in the evening. Please explain why.
