“I would like to say how friendly all the staff are in Tesco on Aberyswth Road in Cardigan as regular shopper for many years I have always enjoyed shopping at this store ,Customer services is run well and never kept waiting long friendly and efficient , Says a lot for the store when you see the same staff over the years .Just sorry that there is no F&F in this store ,like they have in the Tesco in Aberyswthy sorry but this store is not in keeping with the Tesco in Cardigan ,the Customer service is totally inadequate it doesn't take long for a que to start why have 4 tills at customer service when they are never fully manned , Also the self service area is inadequate for a store this size I have never had to be in que in Cardigan Tesco self service like i have in the Tesco in Aberyswthy”

“My wife and I were shopping in your Llansamlet branch today and whilst she was looking at items I was having a look in the next aisle namely at the scotches . Having found one that suited my pocket and my preference I failed to find a bottle relating to the ticket , a little disappointed but accepting that they might all already have been sold I rejoined my wife and we continued to shop . There was a young man busily restocking the shelves and - thinking "what the hell ...." I firstly apologised for being about to give him some additional work and he replied " not at all " and we went on to discuss my dilemma . He suggested that we had another look as sometimes a bottle can be hidden behind others or simply get pushed to the back and together we had a good look but without success , undettered he said that there was another avenue to explore and asked if I minded staying put and went off on his mission . I had another quick look at other scotches and before long the young man was coming down the aisle "out of stock" he said and I replied that it was no surprise as it was a good offer , he then smiled and said " except for this one "* and pulled a boxed scotch from behind his back and it was the one that we could earlier not find . I was so grateful and asked him his name and he said "Shaun" I extended my hand and we shook hands and I said how thankful and pleasantly surprised I was at the extent of this employees' dedication and he very sincerely said " always a pleasure" and we went our separate ways - me to catch my wife up and Shaun back to his task which he had left without hesitation in order to help me with my enquiry. Not only did this chap take his duties that extra mile but he was able to do this happily AND show a sense of humour when keeping the item behind his back before delivering the surprise* . Tonight I shall raise a glass to Shaun and take this opportunity to thank him officially for his service and dedication - I hope that the company will also - thank you Shaun .”

“Our driver who I found out is named Paul always says Hello and is friendly and happy and so courteous. Every time he delivers he is early and leaves all the tracking messages so I know when he is coming and helps me unload by holding the basket which makes it easier and is a ray of sunshine especially when its dull as the weather has been lately”

“While shopping in Halifax I noticed you have started selling tim tams these Arnott biscuits are lovely and they do a wide range of other biscuits I hope you start selling more of these.We usually buy them in Australia when visiting they are big sellers over there.”

“I called into tesco at gilesgate today and the lady at the checkout called Debbie looked after me yet again another lovely lady so pleasant and friendly. I shop here and tesco in the market place in Durham frequently and everyone I feel has been hand picked for there personality thankyou .”

“At my age now, I have the majority of my home shopping delivered. I have found Tesco to be the best provider for this service. Their delivery of goods for my home are excellent, every item is always correct and alternatives are provided to make sure all my order is provided, their deiivery service drivers are always polite and friendly and very helpful, I highly recommend this Company to all.👍”

“i asked a young tesco employee for assistance and he could not have been kinder and friendlier , left his job to look "out the back" for me , very nice attitude , tesco prestatyn staff are all really nice , but i must mention Ben for special praise , thank you Ben.”

“I had my usual home Delivery on Saturday 1st June. The delivery driver is most helpful and puts the items on the dinning table for me as I am unable to bend at present. He is always pleasant and helpful .”

“Ray from Tesco Super Store delivered my order today 03/05/2024 and I rate him as outstanding . I have to say all the drivers, are always polite & friendly and so helpful. Any problems, with your order, they rectify immediately. 'Well done all of Tesco Delivery Drivers' Been using the service since the start of Covid Lockdown and will continue to use this great service. Many Thanks!”

“I am a big Tesco online shopper. I either get it delivered or collect from the store. Collected this morning and John was absolutely lovely. I've never had any issues with my deliveries or collections. All the drivers are so nice and always helpful.”

“i would like to commend a Tesco delivery driver who comes some weeks because he is so pleasant and efficient. He is always cheerful and helpful and so willing to bring the delivery into the kitchen and empty the crates because I am not physically able to do this. His name is Kemar. Indeed most of the drivers are very helpful. i remembered to ask for his name yesterday because he is so good and very quick as well.”

“The young man who delivered my shopping went over and beyond the service we have received before, he brought the delivery to my kitchen and even asked if he could empty the trays onto the side for me. Which was so kind but we were OK doing this ourselves. This young man deserves recognition for his customer service.”
