“The young man who delivered my shopping went over and beyond the service we have received before, he brought the delivery to my kitchen and even asked if he could empty the trays onto the side for me. Which was so kind but we were OK doing this ourselves.

“Our delivery driver is called Jai. I normally get my delivery on a Sunday morning. Jai is an absolute ray of sunshine even on a rainy day. He puts my bottled water in the hall just where I can easily pop in the cupboard. He carries the rest to the kitchen for me and helps me unload the trays. He’s so full of joy and happiness by the time he leaves I can’t stop smiling. Thank you Jai!! Tesco….you’ve got a diamond here in Jai!!!”
“Hi I went to your store today so this wasnt a home delivery but i really wanted to find the time to give a 5***** review. I must say it was a pleasure, you had plenty of floor staff, regardless of where I went there was someone there to help. Your food selection was amazing and appeared to be a very high standard. All cashiers were working which created less ques, service was fast and very friendly and helpful. The cashier was so lovely and bent over backwards to help me she even got up out of her seat to help me pack. This made a change compared to other food stores I have shopped in.
