“Just visited family, was asked if I wanted tea or coffee. My brother in law said I’ve got this great coffee.
Being polite I said yes to the coffee.
It was one of the best caramel hot drink I’ve tried. I liked it that much , I asked to see how he made it so quick, the milk in a pod , coffee in a pod, so easy to do well done Costa , I’ll be going out and getting a machine.”

“The customer service staff member Annie, was extremely helpful as I was trying to download the Tesco app, and having trouble as I was trying to activate this and Annie went out of her way to rectify the matter and didn't give up.
This gave me the confidence to carry on using the app.

“I'm giving 5 stars to two employees in Tesco's Ebbwvale South Wales. These young men work with cages stock to shelves/warehouse to store and are in different areas allways seem to be working hard when I go shopping, they also are happy to help with products and go check if something is available if not on shelf ( due in on delivery or out of stock ) they are two of the nicest fellas ever and all I know is names are Steve and Antony.
I also really like a lady on self service tills called carol she's older but is also friendly and helpful . Tesco ebbwvale I have to say has many people I think are amazing even the security man Keith is a diamond. That's why I shop there.”

“I began using the grocery delivery during the height of the pandemic and always found every driver helpful and friendly. Yes there have to be substitutions on occasion and recently there seems to have been a shortage of some things but that is not just Tesco. Yes sometimes they are a little late but they always notify by text and you can always get an update on timings on the website. Very rarely do they go over the allocated time slot.
The last 6 weeks the road where I live has been out of action due to a complete resurfacing. This has meant that access has been a nightmare especially if you dont know the area. However there has not been a break in my delivery. The drivers have found a way to get to me even if it meant trundling the trolley from some distance away. I would like to praise them to the skies as they could easily have given up. Customer service has been above and beyond expectations. ( Even the local authority refuse collectors abandoned us!!)
I will be continuing with my home deliveries and would not hesitate to recommend Tesco home deliveries.”
