I began using the grocery delivery during the height of the pandemic and always found every driver helpful and friendly. Yes there have to be substitutions on occasion and recently there seems to have been a shortage of some things but that is not just Tesco. Yes sometimes they are a little late but they always notify by text and you can always get an update on timings on the website. Very rarely do they go over the allocated time slot. The last 6 weeks the road where I live has been out of action due to a complete resurfacing. This has meant that access has been a nightmare especially if you dont know the area. However there has not been a break in my delivery. The drivers have found a way to get to me even if it meant trundling the trolley from some distance away. I would like to praise them to the skies as they could easily have given up. Customer service has been above and beyond expectations. ( Even the local authority refuse collectors abandoned us!!) I will be continuing with my home deliveries and would not hesitate to recommend Tesco home deliveries.
