My local Tesco has stopped selling so many of the products that I buy. It is not stocking Simple shampoo, Quilted Velvet Toilet rolls, John West no drain tuna chunks, Del Monte peaches, pineapple or apricots and many more popular items. The last two occasions that I have shopped there the store has sold out of its in store bakery wholemeal bread when I got there shortly after 8.00 am

This is how the delivery driver, who came today behaved while delivering my tesco order. First of all men had a nasty attitude from the moment he came into my property from the start. Creating unnecessary dramas. Second of all using some reverse psychology stressing me out making it look as if its me thats the problem. If that is going to continue, I wont be spending money with tesco no more. I Will go asda or sainsbury instead. This is what happened: I waited all day at home for the evening delivery. Around 8pm I received a phone call saying, that he was downstairs and the intercom wasn't working. Rudely telling not asking for someone to come downstairs and pick up the delivery. As I live on the second floor with no lift at all. I politely mentioned I had back issue and cant lift a heavy things. As well adding up, that every delivery drivers always comes upstairs. Without any issues. He said Look main front door is downstairs. I don't need to come upstairs, when I am not COMFORTABLE. I WONT ARGUE WITH YOU ABOUT IT. I said no one here is arguing. There is no need to have an attitude about it. We only have a conversation. I don't live downstairs, but here. He then said if this is how it is I WONT BE COMING HERE NO MORE. Please train your people to be decent in customer service delivering food. Because this is ridiculous. I am having a relaxing day with a family for someone to come and act in such ways. If he does work and is paid by company, then he shall perform what he is paid for. Thank You, A L

Out of all the grocery stores that deliver, Tesco is bar far the worst! They only tell you what’s out of stock a couple of hours before they deliver! So you don’t cancel the lot! When they substitute an item they charge you the higher price even though it’s their fault and their web site is antiquated. Asda and Morrisons much better companies in my opinion.

NOT HAPPY. Instead DISGUSTED & SHOCKED to find Barret's lollipop Dib-Dab sherbet at 45p EACH on 18/3/2022. Normally 5 for £1.00 or 20p each.Rationed during the pandemic at 37p each( obviously weren't selling at that price so we're then sold again at 20p each.) WHAT!! .Over 💯% Price increase. This is Absolutely Disgusting.Certainly NOT justifiable.THANK YOU..👎🏾😭

I did click and collect for the first time and will say the experience left a lot to be desired. The shoppers had chosen food that would be out of date within a couple of days. This was my main concern but there were others too. Will not do this again with Tesco.

I shop at Tesco on a regular basis and have a club card but the Christmas advert this year is putting me off using the store again as I feel it is very misleading and not in keeping with the society in which we currently live so other shops are readily available!

Very good but club and prices are vastly different to normal, putting me off buying from there again since it singles out people who can't use technology

We shop at the Chorley store but just lately very disappointed at the amount of people not wearing masks even though there is a sign saying no mask no entry plus the checkout person was not wearing one

I think they raised the quality products. However in the past 2 days with the new regulation I saw staff members and customers not wearing face masks and I felt unsafe. The security wasn’t taking care of it.....very disappointed.

The delivery person was excellent but I think that Tesco should have a better way to inform customers if it is unable to deliver anything because it is not in stock. Very disappointing.

Just popped in to my local Tesco in Preston Torbay today. In and out in good time and got what I wanted. But....what I did find annoying was the member of staff who was serving me having a conversation with another member of staff as if I never existed...the usual conversation of where are you going tonight, what shift are you doing next weekend. Please advise your staff that when serving customers don't just scan the goods they are purchasing but make eye contact with them and converse eoth them rather then your mates who you are working with. It's called....Customer First..

I have until recently had my orders delivered by Ocado, i decided to try Tesco as i had some money accumulated on vouchers. I will not be using Tesco again. Short dates on most products, bread not as requested, ordered unsliced got sliced with less than two days shelf life. Ocado advertised shelf life promises exceed Tesco quite significantly, and when my orders arrive, the products always exceed the advertised shelf life. Not impressed, just glad I did not order ready meals. As a test Tesco have failed miserably.

Can't praise the helpfulness and customer care of James the manager of the phone shop in Bellshill. I purchased my new phone tonight and my daughter had phone issues with her handset and James went over and above to be assistance to us. Will defo be back.

I use delivery service due to being a non-driver and have nothing but praise for packers, drivers, and customer service lines so would have given 4/5 stars except for the fact that in the christmas catalogue all the large deserts except 1 and half the vegetarian meals contain palm oil, kernel or fat. Come on Tescos surely you can do better than that!
