“Not happy had tub of Tesco coleslaw which was not out of date took it back to saundersfoot store& was told by manager can't you eat it. It had gone off was "working" & bubbling. Agreed to give refund but commented you bought it in a larger store”

“I have shopped at Tesco for many years they used to provide good quality at a reasonable price. Sadly that's no longer my experience. I find the prices rising dramatically in some cases and the quality of fresh goods often borders on the unacceptable. I was also shocked to find that the store managers have little or no say in which goods are stocked and are powerless to continue certain food items even though they sell fairly well in their particular shop, if the "powers that be" decide to stop stocking an item. Tesco may have good buying power but their greed for a profit seems to blind them to quality I find that really sad as I always found Tesco superior to other similar supermarkets..”

“I ordered online and only got 1 substitute which i accepted.The delivery was on time and the man was very helpful.The only negative was that a few cans were dinted but after a quick call to customer services I was refunded for them.”
