Nasty cretin by the name of Merlene at the big store in sw16 needs a crash course in social skills, customer service, communication and humility.
She clearly doesn't like Caucasian customers, or disabled customers.
Overtly hostile, aggressive, racist and disability phobic, she's a lawsuit waiting to happen. Unacceptable and disgraceful conduct, refused to engage before I could even explain the issue.
It would be a shame if she walked out the store and got knocked down by a Scania Vabis.
