Notified Sunday afternoon that my delivery would be half an hour late...no problem. It is now Tuesday morning & I have spent hours on phone to their helpline, every call initiated by me. I have been told repeatedly that order will be delivered but nothing.
I have been forced to buy takeaways for 2 evenings as I relied upon their lies until it was too late to buy elsewhere.
This company is an absolute joke & doesn't give a toss about their customers.
Back to Aldi for me.
